Item (a clock) arrived late, due to no fault of the seller. The USPS lost track of the package for 5 days, then it arrived with so much damage that the careful packing of the seller was compromised, and the clock was damaged.. I let the seller know, and they got back to me almost instantly. Very apologetic, and filling a complaint with the USPS. The seller did everything right, but the incompetent USPS almost ruined it. But, I repeat, the seller did everything right!
