After paying for the item a shipping label was printed. However tracking didn’t show received at post office for 7 days. I messaged them on the 6th day asking to cancel since it didn’t look like it was sent out. I didn’t get a response. The tracking updated the next day. Item was packaged well and received without issue. Just wish the communication was better and maybe a a heads up that it would take a week to actually send out.
