The seller's ad clearly stated that a power supply was included, along with the signal splitter and power cable. Upon receipt no power supply was included. The seller was contacted and advised that he could not alter the ad, but did offer me $1 compensation. I doubt that a power supply can be found for $1. I asked for a full refund along with a pre-paid shipping label and he quickly supplied the label. I sent the package back to him and received a quick refund. The ad is most important.
