Issue with shipping whereas the FedEx package was transferred to USPS. I was informed delivery was completed. Since the USPS was responsible for the final delivery, the package arrived a day later, in the evening after communication of the delivery had been communicated.
Seller shipped to the incorrect address, but resolved the matter promptly. It is unfortunate that they lost their item, but they made it right on my end, which I greatly appreciate.
The package was delivered to the wrong address, but the sell quickly got another one in the mail. These guys deserve 6 out of 5 (or 11 out of 10) stars!!!!
