Excellent customer service! Their inventory of this item didn’t meet their QC and I was messaged within 24hrs of order placement. They offered multiple options and I chose to wait for a new shipment, took less then a weeks time and was recieved in perfect condition and correct item. Delivered CLOSE to what is advertised, but Customer Service helped address the issue with a partial refund. The listing stated this is a 40-micron filter yet the description says it’s a 100-micron filter. Hopefully they correct their listing description after I pointed this out.
