  1. I love this seller in almost every way. Great products at awesome prices. Shipping is fast for a very reasonable rate and they’re always packaged well. My only consistent beef is their minimalist descriptions. They leave out details like inseam and, in the case of bonobos products, the type of fit. A little more frustrating is they are inconsistent returning messages. I’m sure I’ll buy again for the reasons at the top, but I would buy more if they got better with descriptions & communication.

It arrived as described--in excellent condition, downright nearly new. Also, the seller packed the pants in a protective pouch inside the mailer--a helpful step that avoids damage during shipping.
