Watch had original protective plastic on face and band. Amazing customer service. Bought on a Saturday and it was quickly shipped on Saturday. Very good seller. Purchase did not start out good......seller sent completely wrong watch initially.....seller paid for return & within 10 days I did receive the correct watch. Exchange was a hassle (i.e. repackage, return to post office) but, everything turned out positive. Bottom line? Very pleased with my new Invicta watch!
