They should be in VF- due to issue #1 that has a crease on cover, see picture 4, but unless you are with the CGC as a grader then this is a subjective matter. All I can say is that I have been dealing with comics for over 50 years so I kind of have an idea. See the scan of all the books and then the close ups of each as well.
