I ended up having to ship these back to the seller. There was a very easy to make, honest error in the description when the seller converted the European sizing to American sizing - could happen to anyone. I initiated a return request which was quickly accepted by the seller and I shipped back. I have received my refund. No hesitation to deal with this seller again. In future, if I buy designer shoes or clothing with European sizing, I will check to see the conversion in description is right.
The good thing is the cards arrived as described. Seller could improve in communication, shipping cost, and packaging. Seller didn't respond to any of my messages. Shipping cost was very high for shipping 40 cards. Packaging was a ziplock bag with paper around it. For $9.39 shipping I would have expected more secure packaging.
Package was shipped and arrived and shoes were in great condition. Packaging was good and shoes were exactly as described and I feel that I had a great price. Thank you.
