Perfect Seller! Received everything on time and though the Maybelline Tattoo Studio Liquid Eyeliner was brand new in the box, all of them were dried up. Thankfully the seller was perfectly understanding when I sent photos of the dried up and broken tips on the applicators and they processed a complete refund for me. I feel bad that there was no way for them to know that the product was dried up and unusable beforehand, but I greatly appreciate their effort in resolving the issue via a refund.
This is going to be a quick synopsis as it is my third time that I have lost it. The shipping, value, as described you name it, as this a LG product! Seller is awesome. Communication might be out of sync bc of time wise. The value of LG's products are fantastic. This is my only item that I have ever been disappointed with. Brushes inferior..shed constantly on my face! Yrs I hv purchased LG's products. Seller is great to work with. 5*****. Keeper! In my Saves! Highly recommend!
