The seller is Amazing, I ordered 32 GB Ram 16" Macbook M1 Pro, with some dents and scuffs on it, but I received the macbook with a small crack on it, I reached out to seller requesting partial Refund and they refunded me with $200, I installed bought the macbook for $733 after the partial refund I got it for only $533. The shipping was quick, packaging was good, the only thing that was left was a minor crack on the corner of the screen (not very visible) which they gave me a refund for. 10/10
Great experience buying. They took great care in every aspect from description (marking and identifying any imperfections) to shipping in a careful (wrapped and tapped intentionally without just pouring in packing peanuts) but timely way. The sub works wonderfully in the media room and the product also came in at a great value. I originally bought and returned from another seller that unfortunately sent the wrong and inoperable item. Regency Technologies made this a very positive experience!
This is my second PC from this seller, and it's hard to find a better deal. My guess is the guy is contracted to resell government PCs, or has a guy who just wants to move pallets of government PCs, as both my PCs came with "wiped to dod standard" stickers. Regardless, shipping is quick and items are always as described. It came packaged in a heavy duty box with plenty of bubble wrap, and everything always works fine. Best value you can find in today's market.
