I bought this item from eBay because I am boycotting Amazon. But this Clear Jel arrived in an Amazon box with Amazon papers inside. I would not have purchased from this seller if I had known this would happen. I messaged the seller first. But I received a very vague, form-letter non-response. I could just as easily have ordered from Amazon myself if I had not been avoiding them.
Other than the shipper unable to provide or acknowledge when the shipment arrived.. Everything else was great. Arrived in standard package in the original shipping box from Dial and received. When tracking the shipment the shipper couldn't. I sent them a message that it was received and thanked them No Response that was over days ago.. Customer service may not be the best..
