Messaged seller and he did not hesitate to make it right for me and was going to work on UPS claim after the fact. So I was not stuck out waiting on a claim or anything. Packaging was unopened “as new” condition as was the condition of the DVD….all “as described.” It was a good value for me because this film is difficult to find in this excellent condition. It’s a very welcome addition to my personal library! Highly recommended!
