I bought a vintage opened needlework kit. It was sent promptly and packaged very well. When I looked through the kit, the directions were missing. I contacted the seller right away (with photos) and she responded immediately. She promised she would look for the directions or refund me if she couldn’t find them. She later sent me a message that the directions had been found and would be sent. I received them very quickly so all is good. This is a great seller!

Items arrive new & as described. Priced very well. Good communication with seller. Package took longer to arrive than expected but was not sellers fault. For some reason USPS decided to send to a local post office then to two others each 2 hours from here then back here. Not sure why. Would purchase again from seller
