I purchased a pretty pricey item and unfortunately received a wrong item. I thought It was one of “those” type of sellers. However, after getting a full refund (even offered me more, which I declined) and communicating a bit, I have decided to give them a benefit of the doubt. It did seem like an honest mistake. But a mistake is a mistake, so I can’t just ignore it. Hopefully they improve. Until then, I’ll probably avoid buying from them for the time being.
