The product was very well packaged and arrived as described. The seller was very quick to inform me that they had posted the item to me as soon as I had paid. Postage from Japan to the UK was by economy mail without tracking so I wasn't sure when it would arrive, but it arrived within the suggested timeframe :)

The shoes were as described, and the shipping was meticulously handled. There was unfortunately a miscommunication about the size, but the seller was kind enough to offer me a partial refund as well as keep the shoes. The seller was a great communicator throughout the whole process.
