Item arrived very quickly in good condition exactly as pictured. While mounting it on my skidsteer there was a slight problem. In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. Great deal on this 5 ft disc harrow! Great seller also! It's shipped in 3 separate crates. The first crate fedex called me and wouldn't deliver it because they said it wouldn't fit on their delivery van, so I just went and picked it up. The second crate was lost by fedex, so the seller notified me and re-sent it. This seller stands by their product! The disc works great, perfect for our garden. First time you use it make sure the axle nuts are good and tight (don't ask me how I know!). AAAA+++++
