Reviews citing LONG wait between order and receiving the items are correct: give this seller a full 2 weeks to get items to you. The set arrived carefully packaged and pristine. Overall, my daughter is very pleased with the item. If you can be patient, seller offers good value.

I had contacted the seller to point out that, according to the tracking info, the book had not left its point of departure after 15 days, but I would wait another week before requesting a refund. The seller took care of that problem immediately — I received the book within a few days. I'm very pleased and look forward to ordering from this seller again.

  3. The condition and value of the book are 100% wonderful. My only disappointment was with the shipping process , the item was only shipped after I conveyed my displeasure that the book did not leave their facility for a week. They were unapologetic, by the time I told them to cancel the order, they informed me that it was on it's way, but shipping information did not support it.
