This item came listed as open box, but I couldnt tell that it was opened. It appeared brand new. It was a great value and was shipped in a underpromise and overdelivered status. The seller left a note that if I was unsatisfied in the least to contact them. I was very pleased with this purchase and the seller's promptness to ship quickly. Once I placed my order it seemed like there was instant movement with communication of purchase and shipping.
The quality was better than expected. The watch was open box--no use at all. I charged it and it worked right away. I wish the packaging was better but it came in unscratched. I had issues with USPS saying that the item was the delivered but they delivered it the day after. I am very happy with the purchase. The watch looks like new for a fraction of the cost if I had bought it from retail.
The drive arrived in the condition stated by the seller. The quality is OEM new. I consider it to be an excellent value give the high price of drives. The appearance of the packaging and the drive is as new. Shipping was fast. The drive even came with a one year warranty. Excellent seller! Highly recommended.
