  1. I ordered a trailer hitch for a 2025 Murano Platinum. I checked multiple sites to ensure this was the correct one, but shortly after the order, I read details on the manufactures website that this was the wrong hitch for this 2025 model and trim and another one should be used. I tried to contact the vendor, but it already shipped. Once received I started the return process and it was shipped back for a full refund at no cost. I'm very happy with this seller and will use them in the future.

  3. Fast shipping, no issues other than a bracket that holds the box to the fender was missing. Called Rough country and they’re sending a new one. Customer support was helpful when I got 1 or 2 packages and 1 being the filter bag. They informed me there was a box with the rest and they’re sending weren’t sure why the bag was sent separately.
