It will not let me click negative, seller is not in the US. The product is and it takes the seller over 15hrs to respond. I forgot to change my shipping address in one spot and I tried to ask to have it changed to where I live currently. Due to the fact that they are not in the US my item was shipped to the wrong address and they wouldn't help me fix it. I even offered to pay for the Costs to have it changed. But they refused . I was 4 hours away from the address.
The sellers communicated well both immediately after the purchase and again when the delivered item was not correct due to factory mis-assembly. The responded quickly and provided a replacement free of charge that was shipped immediately and arrived within days. The replacement was also new and is correct and functions well. I would buy again from this seller, no problem.
This is a seller who truly cares about his customers had an issue with the flywheel it came with a crack on one of the magnets after informing the seller he immediately sent another and I received it in no time, it was better quality than I thought for the money and it looked very good.
