Check the height of the brake fluid level in the reservoir, the fluid level should be located between the Max line and the Min line, so as not to overflow the brake fluid when the cylinder is reset. 2. Raise the car slowly to a suitable height, use a pneumatic spanner to remove the fixing screws in diagonal order and place them in the predetermined position on the tool cart, with the tyres gently placed on the ground, and the wheel faces should be placed upwards. 3. Hang the hook on the suspension spring in advance, then use a screwdriver to remove the spring on the caliper, put it on the predetermined position of the tool cart, use an Allen spanner to remove the fixing bolts of the caliper and the caliper bracket. 4. Remove the caliper and the inner brake pads as a whole, hang the caliper on the hook, and then check the piston and the brake pipe to see if there is oil leakage, and whether the piston rubber dust cover is broken.Remove the inner brake pads located inside the caliper and the outer brake pads located on the bracket. 5. Remove the caliper bracket fastening screws with a quick spanner, place the screws in the predefined position on the tool trolley and remove the bracket. 6. Unscrew the brake disc locating screws with a screwdriver and place them in the predetermined position on the tool cart. With the operator facing the brake disc, remove the disc from the hub. 7. Use a wire brush to clean the oil and rust on the surface of the wheel. 8.Clean the new brake disc with special cleaning agent, especially remove and wipe clean the anti-rust oil on the upper and lower friction surfaces. 9. Install the new brake disc on the wheel hub and fit it to the hub surface, and tighten the locating screws with a screwdriver. 10. Fix the caliper bracket on the vise, remove the rust by grinding with a wire brush, and then clean it with a special cleaning agent, paying special attention to clean the slide groove part. 11. Remove the caliper bracket from the caliper and place it in its original position, then tighten the fixing screws with a torque spanner. 12. Use the brake cylinder piston to return the piston to its original position so that the brake pads can be installed smoothly. 13. Fix the guide pin on the vise, gently sand the surface rust with fine sandpaper and apply special lubricant. 14. Use a wire brush to clean the caliper inside and outside the oil and rust, and clean with a special cleaning agent, clean the inner surface of the caliper, in order to prevent scratching the piston dust rubber sleeve, to use fine sandpaper to carefully clean the piston contact surface 15. Take out the new brake pads, the inner brake pads installed in the caliper, the outer brake pads installed in the caliper bracket, the caliper with brake pads installed back to the original position, and tighten the fixing bolts with an Allen spanner, and then installed the spring 16. Use a wire brush to clean the rust and foreign matter on the inside mounting surface of the wheel rim, mount the tyre back to its original position, and then tighten the fixing bolts with a cross socket. 17. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir, which should be between the Max line and the Min line to avoid insufficient brake fluid. 18. Slowly lower the car from the landing gear and apply the brakes until you feel the pedal resistance and the brake stroke returns to the initial state, then you can start the car. Drive the vehicle with the completed brake system replacement out of the replacement station, drive to the road test track, and then perform a test brake drive.
