First I'll honestly admit due to an error on my part I accidentally ordered rear windshield wiper blades for a 2016 Mazda CX-3 instead of a 2016 CX-5. So I contacted smallhome-2019 and requested a refund. Much to my surprise they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Keep the ones I ordered in error and they would gladly ship me the correct wiper blades. I'm pleased to report the correct blades arrived today. When the need arises I have no reservations about dealing with them! A+++++ service....
Shipping was terrible. Shipped via weird shipper who only told you when it was shipped and days later that it was late. 12 days from transaction and that was just luck because it missed our departure by one day., They were finally available for use the same day we left, just before we drove off without them on the car. Item was as described. Just so late and poorly tracked we almost didn't get it. I rated this as positive only because item was perfect even with the trauma of the shipping.
