The scalloped edge as well as the handle are black light reactive, Unit measures 3 1/2 inches at highest area x 6 inches at widest point x 6 12 inches deep. base measures2 3/8 inches from edge to opposite edge. This package was packed better than I've ever seen anything packed. It was not at all breakable, but yet was packed much better than I've seen other (breakable) things from other Sellers. The shipping only costs as much as the PO charges - the Seller refunded the rest. The item is exactly as described in the pictures and description. It is in very good shape - used, but very well taken care of. The value was excellent - all other matching products from other Sellers had much higher costs.
