Unfortunately the item was not functional but as it was able to be fully tested from seller they did a refund withing 10 minutes of me contacting them. That is service! The item was packaged well and I have no doubt the issue wasnt from their in ability to package it. Obviously the condition was DOA but the appearance was that it was overall in good shape. The price was good so the value would of been great. I will take one faulty item if the seller is this easy to work with. Thanks again.
Overall very satisfied with my camera. The sellers quickness & efficiency to ship my order within 2 hours of purchasing. Packaging & shipping gets a 10/10. Everything was extremely organized and clean. Only reason for 4/5 stars is due to a line that appears on the images (some kind of damage). This was not mentioned in the description so this was a bit upsetting, but moving forward I will contact the seller and ask further questions before making a purchase. Still recommend this seller!
Excellent transaction! It's going to be a little bit of time before I install this, but even if it doesn't work, I cannot imagine it being the fault of the seller. This was advertised as open box, but the internal packing was factory sealed like new. It arrived a couple days late, but again, I doubt this was the fault of the seller and was probably due more to the volume of holiday mail the USPS was processing during this time.
