The original battery that came with my Lectrip XP lite decided to give out 1.5 years after buying it (just out of warranty) and I wanted to buy a new battery with a larger capacity. This one ended up being just the right thing! I had a couple questions during shipping since my package tracker didn't show updates as I expected and received a response within a few hours both times--great customer service. The battery itself has been working really well so far.
