I purchased three of these items from this seller. Seller stated that ''Thank you for buying. When we are about to ship this was torn apart and distorted shape badly. I have reported this to my supplier for further quality check. As we want our buyers to be satisfied with their purchase I suggest that we cancel this transaction for now and I will let you know once we have a good one available.'' So, I cancelled the order as told. Seller did totally refund my money back.
There was a problem with shipping, and my item showed delivered and it wasn't. I contacted the seller and the customer services was outstanding. I received my item quickly and all is well. The quality of the item is great, condition is great, and considering I was replacing an item for a vintage mixer I'm quite satisfied in the value and appearance of the product. Outstanding seller, and I would purchase from them again, no question.
