All items are shipped within 2 BUSINESS days of purchase. -All DVD/Blu-Ray box sets are packaged tightly & securely in bubble mailers. I add extra bubble wrap to sets for extra protection & mark all packages as fragile. I check all sets for damage & loose discs after I purchase them & again before I ship them. I only ship dvds/box sets in bubble mailers. I do not use boxes. It is too expensive. Please do not leave me a note/message after purchase asking me to package your DVDs in boxes. If you have problems with packages arriving intact, please message me before purchasing to see if I can accommodate you. -I am an individual seller with a small store. Everything is done by me. I pick out the product, purchase it, transport it home, inspect it, photograph it, list it, package it & ship it. I handle all communication with buyers or potential buyers & try to answer any and all messages within a few hours. All items are stored on a high shelf at a normal temperature. All photographs are of the item you are purchasing (I do not use stock photos). I do not sell bootleg DVDs/Blu-Rays. Everything i sell is authentic. I try my best to add all necessary information to the listings. I list any imperfections, ship as quickly as possible after purchase, and take care when packaging to make sure there is no damage during shipping. I want every one of my customers to be happy with their buying experience. -I do not do refunds, and I do not accept returns unless the sets were damaged in transit. In that case I will exchange it for another set. All sets are authentic & the exact set that is In the photos, so being not as described is impossible. In the event your item arrives damaged, I will not give you a refund. I will insist the damaged item be sent back (at my expense), and I will exchange it for another intact copy and ship with extra protection. I hate to make customers go through the hassle of a return, but I have been selling a long time on ebay, and this is the best way to keep people honest. Thank you and I appreciate your interest!
