Although the purchase arrived with some delay I appreciate the seller readiness to refund. The delay was produced by the delivery company and I would like to recommend to the seller to seek alternative ways to ship and deliver, even though I realize that it is not easy to do so from "down and under". None the less the purchase arrived in good condition but unfortunately too late to be included in my project.
Item shipped China to Arizona, local shipping would not work, Went back to China, Vendor upfront with problems, refunded Properly & Promptly, if could get shipping problems resolved would do business with them again....I've been buying stuff from China for 23 years never had a problem before.
I purchased 4 different variations of this cable, sadly one of the cables arrived damaged, on contacting the seller and informing them, they immediately issued a refund for the faulty item. Great seller and great communication, would highly recommend, very happy 🙂
