  2. Item was supposed to come with 2 AAA batteries. The ones they came with were dead. It says right on the tag of the hat that they were included. Contacted seller and they said they didn't think it was supposed to come with batteries. When I pointed it out that it's in the photo they said "Ohh sorry I didn't know." I asked if they were going to do anything to make this right? No response. I'm not sure I would buy from this seller again.
