  1. The item was exactly as described, brand new but with a rough box. Shipping was fast (bought Saturday night, received Wednesday morning.) As far as the box being in rough shape, it was in rough shape as far as collectors are concerned, but it was fine overall, and the product inside was pristine with all the wrapping material. As for the item, I wouldn’t pay the ridiculous prices scalpers are charging, but I got this one at a fair price. Would definitely do repeat business with this seller

  2. I actually never received the item because of some sort of problem with my mailing address (which I could never determine exactly what the problem was.) The seller shipped it and it went all over the country before being sent back to the seller. I was sorry that they were out the expense, but I had no control over UPS's decision and could never reach ANYONE at UPS who knew anything! I find no fault in the seller and their communication with me was perfect!

  3. Quality filters, delivered on time. Seller is great! I had tried to purchase these earlier, but the seller noticed there was no movement on the tracking number and reached out to me. They wanted to let me know they had refunded my money and were sorry the item seemed to be lost with the carrier. I had not realized the item was lost yet, and this was super proactive of the seller. I placed a second order and it showed up within a couple of days.
