the makeup product I received was inferior/ had expired. i informed the seller in hopes that they might not send the same thing to someone else if it came from the same batch. they very nicely (and unexpectedly) refunded my money. it was a first-class stand-up thing to do. it’s nice to know there are decent folks out there. ☺️
