I cannot rate the product because I never received it. HOWEVER, when I contacted the seller, it was verified that there had been a snafu somewhere in the shipping procedure. Within 30 minutes of the initial contact, they had refunded my payment to PayPal. Further, they advised that if the product did eventually reach me - I should just keep it. I am satisfied with the solution.
Was expecting 2 packages as stated in the posting but only got one. Tried sending vendor a message for clarification but got "vendor doesn't accept messages" response. Wanted to know if I was getting 2 because I could have bought one at a cheaper price from Walmart near me. Was pleased with the shipping time. Haven't tried the coffee yet, hope it's good.
This was advertised as 600 0.5mm pencil and the pictures showed the 0.7mm pencil. I though it unlikely the description was wrong figuring the photos were stock photos. What I got was the 0.7mm pencil. It arrived timely and as described (as new) and well packaged. I had not wanted a 0.7mm but am very happy now that I have one so my review is positive.
