I PURCHASED TWO FOUR PACKS OF DOVE BODY CARE AND WASH FROM THIS COMPANY.BOTH BOXES OF FOUR WERE TAPED TOGETHER . WHEN I OPENED THE FIRST BOX, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.UPON OPENING THE SECOND BOX I SAW WHERE THE TOP OF ONE OF THE PLASTIC BOTTLES OF BODY WASH HAD BEEN BROKEN OFF. OBVIOUSLY IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND NOT THE SELLER. WHEN I NOTIFIED THE SELLER, THEY APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY ISSUED A CREDIT FOR THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT HAS YOUR BACK.
The one-inch red, cherry-flavored gumballs I received from the seller (Closeouts for Less) were exactly as the seller described and depicted in the Ebay listing. Closeouts for Less processed and then shipped my order very quickly; the seller prepared the package for shipment so that no breakage occurred enroute. I was very pleased with all aspects of the sales transaction and will look forward to working with Closeouts for Less in the future.
Experience with the seller was good very good but the shipper didn't send whole shipment which was two boxes clearly on the the work order said two boxes they said each box had to have a tracking number trying to resolve that now cuz they said they didn't have it and that's FedEx last shipment was two boxes with one tracking number this time they want another tracking number which is on the invoice so I don't know what's up now
