  2. I did not receive this item but I believe the seller still deserves a positive rating. Sellers are NOT responsible for shipping accidents therefore it would make it unfair to blame them for a shipping mistake. The item I ordered got lost in transit. It didn't update for 2 weeks. I bought the same product elsewhere and I was issued the refund in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. I hope to try again sometime and I hope to have better luck to have the full experience here :)

  3. I wanted to give item description another rating but I went with a 5! And the reason is because of the outstanding customer service I was given. The listing had the item being sold as a 100 ml bottle, but I received the 50 ml bottle (honest error) and when I told the seller about this, they did not change words and rectified the situation 100% satisfactory that I was very pleased!
