Item as described however when I received it I opened the outer plastic package I noticed that the items manufacturers cardboard pack was slightly open/damaged, which must've happened during delivery process. I messaged the seller(s) and they were quick to reply. They were really helpful and understanding and done what was needed to resolve the issue. I would recommend for sure. Thank you for everything
The item was received with very quick delivery. Unfortunately the item was defective (a problem with the manufacture not the supplier. Communication was very good and I received a refund very quickly.
Unfortunately the item was defective but the communication from the seller was really good. A negative was I had to print the return label myself instead of using the label generated by eBay.
