New. Measures 38 inches, adjustable from 27 to 40 inches (40 would require taking the loop and brad out to extend, the holes are present, would just have to unscrew the brads) Leather backed, soft tan leather. Made by a Lifer at Cummins Prison, Arkansas All proceeds return to him.
