Communication was good. Item was returned, but not due to seller negligence. They were prompt to return the funds and communicate with me. The motherboard was shipped quickly, packaged well and as described. Unfortunately, due to external circumstances the board was unneeded and couldn't be canceled after it was shipped. The seller was fast to respond to my return request and provided a label. The entire process was effortless and simple. Processor looks like new. Very clean. Packaging could be a bit better. It was just wrapped in a bubble wrap pouch and then put in a box with packing peanuts. During shipping the processor bundle ended up at the bottom of the box, so the peanuts didn't do much for it. It works fine though. Been running s-tui stress test for an hour with no issues. Good price, fast shipping, good seller. Thanks!
