  1. The seller did everything right. The item was shipped properly, in proper packaging. The item was as described. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived to me, it was no longer working properly. It works as a lamp, but Elvis does not dance to the music. Sadly, the seller did not have a replacement, so they refunded the cost. . I do Wonder though, if package carriers these days operate like the opening scene of Ace Ventura. Thank you anyway.

  2. Items arrived and unfortunately there was shipping damage. I contacted the seller and they replied almost immediately and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. The order was for used but in good condition items. The replacements sent were new in the box never opened. The seller went above and beyond what was necessary to remedy the situation. I highly recommend this seller and will most definitely purchase from them again.

  3. Very easy transaction, Item was as described. This Hot Wheels Diecast 1:18 scale was produced in 1999/2000, the condition of the box and item was amazing!!! The shipping container and packing materials was very good. Iam very happy with the Value and Condition of the Item I received considering it is over 25 years old. I would buy from this seller Again!!!! PS: Item appears to have never been Removed from Box.
