The box and papers were present as advertised They offered to lengthen the watch strap for no charge and sent the item promptly for no charge. Also they sent an insurance valuation which was useful. Watch was in near perfect condition at a great price. Aftermarket strap was also very high quality. I can be a bit nervous ordering without box and papers from ebay but I’d definitely trust and buy from this seller again.
