In the pictures you will see one that says you will receive a personalized follow up call and that you will receive pictures & videos showing the overall appearance PRIOR to shipment. THIS NEVER HAPPENED FOR ME. My watch was visibly dirty and had a black hair sticking out of the back screw off case. Once I started asking questions and they could sense I wasn’t completely happy, they stopped replying promptly to me. Expected me to send it back to get it cleaned.
The watch is just as described and pictured. The shipping was quick via 2 day FedEx. The watch was in a presentation box with an appraisal and packaged very securely . So far, the watch is keeping time. I appreciate the 14 day return period. I highly recommend this seller!
