I’d like to mention that the seller had great customer service. The authenticator decided that the chain was not in the condition as pictured. I checked it with my own eyes and there was no damage; VERY minor scratches on the charm. But hardly noticeable. The seller processed a partial refund for this. I will say though, that the charm is surprisingly smaller than pictured. I didn’t think it would be that small or I probably would’ve kept my $780. But still beautiful and 10k solid gold.
