The seller is PERFECT! QUICK email response & VERY FAST SHIP! The eBay authen process is what I have a BIG problem with! They FAILED to READ & COMPREHEND the details of this item that was supplied to them by the selr! To me that’s total IGNORANCE on their part! eBay needs to MODIFY the authen process entirely! ADD info from the GIA/authen. dept, advise 2 the cust WHY it didn’t pass & ALLOW the buyer to choose if they still want the item! Stop killing the sales for the seller & the buyer !

The US postal service somehow sent my package to the west coast first before bringing it all the way back to the east coast, and the seller took the time to track it down and let me know what was going on. I am giving 5 stars on shipping time because it wasn't their fault that the shipping service made a mistake. I would definitely buy from them again. Absolutely beautiful diamond link bracelet arrived exactly as described. Packaging was great! I really appreciated that the sender's address left out the word "Jewelry" ... leaving only "Wilson Brothers". We live on a farm and our packages are left at the gate. I was so worried that I wouldn't be home when it was delivered. (And I wasn't) By eliminating the word "Jewelry" it was much more discreet, lessening the chance for theft. Delighted with my purchase!
