Description Product Details Rolex ROLEX 9578 Pinhole Hand-wound A small, edgy dress watch produced in the 1960s. Made of K18 white gold, the 26mm square case is equipped with a thin Cal650, and the back cover is made with a screw-back that is typical of Rolex, with the crown mark and BREVET DEMANDE engraved on it. A rare model that is simple yet has a presence that exceeds the case size.
