This was for an early 2000's wool coat from the Gap. It was shipped quickly, packaged well, and accurately described / photographed (including measurements). The coat is really nice and in new condition, but the fit turned out to be large & boxy so opted to return. The return process was straightforward. Thank you for the smooth transaction!
