Item shipped way faster than I had expected. Condition of everything was as described; new. The box appeared to be unfiltered, however there was no instruction manual in the box. This has to be the fastest shipping ever. Ordered it Monday around lunch and it was at my house the next day around 2:00 I believe. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Great experience, minus the shipping carrier (come on FedEx, do better)!!!! They may right the shipper's mistake
Item arrived on time, however due to it's weight, the packaging was frayed and worn. Upon opening the box it was revealed that one of the corners of the table top was slightly bent. Northern tool instructed me to contact Ebay for any issues encountered with the product. Instead of doing this, I straightened the corner which was easily corrected, and the end result was no perceptible damage-therefore I decided to keep the table because it's value for price is good, and the table is serviceable.
