Asked for combined shipping for my 10 key chain pandas. The seller agreed. The package weighed less than 2 lbs. However, they charged shipping fees as though they shipped separately. I paid 51.90. The shipping cost was more than the cost of 10 pandas. I asked for a partial refund twice. They said they were unable to combine price of shipping just the shipping itself.
Item good to description, item correct to order count, arrived 1 day later than predicted. BUT 2 weeks and few days to get from one side of Australia to the middle is just silly. Needs faster post option. Thanks,
