I received two packages, one with the blender motor and one with the blender pitcher. Both packages appeared to have been handled very roughly, to the point of breaking the handles on the blender motor. I contacted the seller and was offered a discount on the price, which was acceptable. The seller was courteous, communicated promptly, and actually applied some good effort in packing the blender for the shipping. I'll keep watch on their store and buy from them in the future.

These glasses were in pristine shape and a really good price for that quality of item. They arrived quickly and were carefully wrapped to avoid breakage. Seller responded very quickly when I initially had a question.
