Description
Up for your consideration is a set of three Royal Worcester Evesham Plates that include one dinner, one salad, and one bread plate. Royal Worcester’s Evesham Pattern was introduced in 1961 as the beginning of a new trend for more informal dining that was to bring the humble casserole dish from the kitchen to the dining table. Evesham, named after the local fruit-growing region near Worcester was Royal Worcester’s best-selling brand. All three plates are trimmed in gold to add to the beauty of the piece. The dinner plate measures 10" round, the salad plate is 8 1/4" round and the bread plate is 6 1/2" round. All three plates are in mint condition and look like they have never been used. The dinner and the salad plate are marked with the same backstamp but the bread plate does have a different one. I have shown all three backstamps above. Please make sure to visit my eBay store "Robin's Vintage Finds" as I have several other items in this pattern for sale. I love to combine shipping whenever possible in order to save you money.
Absolutely love this Royal Worcester Evesham set—elegant yet practical for everyday dining! The gold trim adds a touch of sophistication, and the trio of plates (dinner, salad, bread) makes serving effortless. The mint condition shows care, and the history behind the design makes it feel special. Perfect for both casual meals and entertaining. A timeless set that blends charm with functionality!
