"Royal Worcester Evesham Gold" (3) Indiviudual Augratin, 7 1/4" - Good VERY lightly used condition with no chips, cracks, crazing. E-bayers have their own way to describe their items, this is mine. Good used will have utensil marks and show some wear. Good lightly used has utensil marks, very light wear. If there is gold/platinum trim, there will be less than 5% loss. Good very lightly used might have a few utensil marks, very light wear. If there is gold/platinum trim, there will be less than 1% loss. Almost new, means I see no real signs of wear of any kind but won't sell as new. New means I know they are NEW. My pictures are part of my ad. Sometimes the camera catches what my eyes don't. E-bay allows every seller to put up 12 pictures in each ad and I try to show as much of the item as I can. There is also a "ZOOM" that should allow you to enlarge. White spots are my camera flash or the lights. I have been packing breakables and dishes for years! I use fresh bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and as I pack thousands of dishes each year, I do it very well. However I use the postal service and at times they do not understand the word "FRAGILE", or they have seasonal workers. This is why I insure all boxes. If your order does have any damage, you are required to keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged item for any claim. May you always know that God loves You!!
Wow what a great vendor! The vase was in excellent condition as described in the listing. The seller also did a positively superior job wrapping this very fragile vase which has delicate 3D porcelain protrusions, so it arrived in perfect condition! In addition, when the USPS sent it off to the opposite side of the country, the seller called her local post office, who intervened to get it back on track to me. Excellent and prompt communication throughout. Price was also very reasonable.
The extreme care with which this china was packaged exceeded anything that I have every purchased on eBay. The items were much, much nicer than described; appearing not to have ever been used. They could arguably be listed as "new, old stock". They are beautiful and an excellent value for the money. What a gem of a seller. All of my numerous questions and concerns were fully answered and addressed. I ordered six pre-owned Spode luncheon plates. They arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition and were just as described and photographed. I was delighted with the quality of the plates, they were sold at a good price.
